This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

Responsibilities: ? Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support ? Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed ? Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment ? Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum ? Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources ? Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a paraprofessional certification preferred ? Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus ? Must be comfortable with toileting/diapering ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff ? Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student learning
