What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Timely and accurate input of payroll related items for assigned locations
• Audit facility data to ensure accuracy and consistency with policy and procedure
• Process completed payroll and prepare checks for distribution according to assigned schedules
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality and safety standards
• Work closely and professionally with others to ensure payroll processing efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Three (3) years' experience in payroll preferred
• Payroll experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and process payroll with little or no supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a healthcare-related service role
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software
