Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and demonstrate product features
• Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Restock merchandise to ensure availability for customers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service oriented position is a plus -Previous experience stocking and restocking merchandise is a plus.
• Previous experience as a cashier is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and pleasant personality, friendly, outgoing

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Friendly, outgoing personality - treating customers & other employees in a professional and positive manner.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
