Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Bookkeeper or bookkeeping service to enhance our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to contribute 8-12 hours weekly, ideally distributed over 2-3 days. You will collaborate closely with our existing part-time bookkeeper, who operates from 1 PM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday...

Please note that we are currently not considering remote work options. As we transition from our legacy ERP system to a new platform within the next two months, training will be provided on both systems to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
? Reconcile bank statements and execute monthly closings.
? Assist with the renewal of insurance and manage the onboarding paperwork for new employees.
? Process invoices for factory-direct shipments and perform other general administrative duties.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in MS Excel.
? Strong communication and organizational skills.
? Excellent time management abilities.
? Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
? Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper is preferred.

? Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in previous roles.
