Qualifications
? Master's Degree in Special Education
? Massachusetts state teaching certification in Special Education
? Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
? Reading Specialist certification
? Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
? Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations in a virtual environment
? Provide direct instruction, support, and interventions tailored to each student?s IEP goals
? Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and school staff
? Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary

Requirements
? Provide your own liability and general insurance
? Comfortable working as an independent contractor
? Home computer with high-speed internet access
? Successfully pass a basic tech screening
