About the position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Administrator to assist with data input and weekly payroll for a Nationwide Event Management company. This role involves flexible hours, including some remote work, and requires approximately 20-30 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities
? Answer phones, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies
,
? Process payroll tasks
,
? Maintain databases, compile and process workers documentation, and update workers records
,
? Assist the Operation manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, and communicate updates to workers
,
? Address employee concerns and help to foster positive relationships within the workplace
,
? Entering data into the Scheduling program that is used
,
? Performing other admin & clerical tasks as needed

Requirements
? Two years' experience in an Admin role
,
? Able to multi-task
,
? Strong administrative skills to assist with documentation and reporting tasks
,
? Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
,
? Computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications, for scheduling and documentation purposes

Nice-to-haves
? Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
