Responsibilities: ? Assist students with special needs in the classroom and during individual instruction. ? Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) under the guidance of the special education teacher. ? Provide academic support and behavior management strategies. ? Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents. ? Provide individual and small group instruction to students as needed. ? Monitor student behavior and provide appropriate support and redirection. ? Assist with student supervision during recess, lunch, and other activities. ? Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. ? Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Experience working with children preferred. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively with a team. ? Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
