Online Booking Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Booking Assistant to join our dynamic team at [email protected]. As a Online Booking Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help, ensuring that their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a problem-solving mindset to navigate various customer issues. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communications, which may include phone, email, and chat interactions.
Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Assist customers in navigating our products and services to ensure maximum satisfaction.
? Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
? Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and policies.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
? Stay updated on product knowledge and company services to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
? Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
? Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
