Role Summary ? Start Date: Immediate openings available ? Commitment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week ? Work Environment: Fully remote ? Student Focus: K-8 learners ? Primary Responsibilities: One-on-one and group support, monitoring student progress, managing cases, and preparing IEP documentation ? Salary Considerations: Determined by district funding and candidate credentials

Preferred Qualifications
? Master?s degree in Special Education (preferred)
? Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (preferred but not required)
? Active Ohio Educator License in Special Education (K-12)
? At least five years of experience in Special Education

Technology & Independent Contractor Expectations
? Proof of personal liability insurance is required before starting
? Self-managed responsibilities within a contractor role
? Stable home internet and reliable computer setup
? Completion of a basic technology proficiency evaluation
