? Seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Research Analyst.
? Deliver actionable insights through market, customer, and competitive research.
? Conduct customer, market, and competitive research; analyze data; present insights.
? Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects.
? Collaborate with external research firms.
? Continuously monitor competitors and industry trends.
? Interpret complex datasets and present insights.
? Determine and recommend methods of research.
? Proof and edit documents and reports.
? Identify new research opportunities and improve methodologies.
? Track and predict market trends.
? Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
? Analyze customer behavior to inform strategies.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. ? 2+ years in marketing research, preferably in B2B SaaS or logistics industries. ? 2+ years... leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. ? Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods is required. ? Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. ? Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools, market analysis frameworks, statistical analysis and research methodologies. ? Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as PowerBI, and survey platforms, like SurveyMonkey. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously. ? A team player and true collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills. ? Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required. ? Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
