Position Objective: As a Live Chat Specialist, your goal is to turn customer inquiries into leads for our automotive dealer clients by providing accurate information and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Engage in online conversations with customers via chat Provide accurate information about products and services Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
