Responsibilities: ? Provide real-time support to clients and candidates via live chat ? Respond promptly to inquiries about job openings, applications, and company services ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction ? Maintain knowledge of company services, procedures, and compliance policies ? Deliver a positive and helpful experience in every interaction

Required Education and Experience:
? High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
? 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, or call center roles
? Excellent written communication and typing skills
? Proficient in MS Office and chat software tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat)
? Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
? Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
