Engage with clients via online chat to address inquiries and concerns. ? Provide detailed information about our products and services through online chat. ? Resolve product issues and troubleshoot client concerns effectively via online chat. ? Maintain accurate client records and update interactions in our system. ? Stay informed about our evolving products and services to provide up-to-date information. ? Actively participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training. Required skills and qualifications: ? Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ?
