Responsibilities

? Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to address a wide range of customer inquiries
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues and escalate them as necessary
? Assist with order processing, payment inquiries, and product recommendations
? Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
? Provide accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
? Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support capacity
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
? Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent chat conversations
? Proficiency in navigating and utilizing live chat systems and CRM platforms
? Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
? Ability to empathize with customers and adapt to a wide range of customer personalities and situations
? High school diploma or equivalent
