We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing exceptional customer support through live chat.
Key Responsibilities
? Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
? Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
? Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
? Accurately document client interactions.
? Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction.
? Stay updated on Ponce Inlet Realty?s services, property listings, and market trends.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
? Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred.
? Excellent written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Proficiency in using live chat... software and other customer support tools.
? Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
