Tons Of Phones is looking for a customer-focused and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Agent, you?l be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing top-notch support through our online chat platform. Key Responsibilities

?Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.

?Provide accurate information about Tons Of Phones?products, services, and promotions.

?Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.

?Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while ensuring customer satisfaction.

?Track and document customer interactions using the company? CRM system.

Qualifications
