About the Job:

This is a technical job limited to technical organizations. The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Requires familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture, and product analytics. Responsible for the end-to-end product... development process for AT&Ts customer facing Flagship app, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs. Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to prototype new ideas, refine existing concepts, and bring innovative solutions to life. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on strategic objectives and operational requirements to ensure efficient workflow and project continuity. Guide the product vision and strategy, aligning with broader company goals and market trends to maintain competitive edge and drive product growth. Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives are met within timelines and budget constraints.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: ? Develop technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. ? Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. ? Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. ? Ensure technical product viability, desirability, and alignment with business goals by establishing success criteria and monitoring product performance. ? Work closely with Architecture and Engineering on technical design and to identify and manage critical dependencies. ? Support trade-off discussions, negotiations, and alignment on feature prioritization, technical solutions, and timing with stakeholders. ? Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle. ? Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement, addressing questions and providing guidance as needed. ? Act as a subject matter expert and acknowledged authority within the organization for assigned product(s) or product line(s). This career step is assigned complex products or product lines. ? Experience managing complex or high-priority technical products and may have more influence on strategic decisions related to the product. ? Writes user stories and sets the product direction at the team level; OR writes features and sets the direction for a group of teams; OR writes epics and sets the direction for multiple groups of teams.

Job Contribution:

Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

Education:

Preferred technical Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Experience working with highly technical software products.

Experience:

Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Lead Tech Product Mgr, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
