Law Enforcement Response Analyst

Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They?re working to help their diverse audiences ? sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between ? overcome barriers to access the economy.

We are seeking a highly motivated Law Enforcement Response Analyst on a contract basis to help support our... Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities
? Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas
? Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, terms of service, and guidelines for protecting the sellers? privacy
? Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone
? Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business
? Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates
? Work cross-functionally with various teams across the company, including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec
? Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests

Qualifications
? BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
? 1-3 years of Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience
? Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams on process improvements
? Ability to remain highly organized when faced with contending priorities
? Ability to communicate effectively with outside entities
? Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
? A track record of consistently going above and beyond what is expected
