Requirements:
Education: Bachelor?s Degree
Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in training analysis, design, development, and evaluation of virtual instructor led and eLearning courses and learning experiences, a graduate degree in instructional design or related field.
Technology Requirements: Proficiency in various Adobe products including InDesign and Microsoft Suite, and familiarity with a variety of video-conferencing platforms. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and web authoring tools like Articulate.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
? Ability to understand technical content, communicate well with subject matter experts, and translate technical content to non-technical staff.
? Ability to project manage efficiently, balancing shifting priorities.
? Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard and technical assignments to meet time-critical tasks and resolve recurring problems.
? Capacity to work independently or as a contributing team-member in a results-oriented environment; being both flexible and detail-oriented.
? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
? Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
? Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Duties:
? Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training products using the ISD process. Research, design, and write instructional designs, documentation, and training materials. Responsible for integrating various technologies to improve the design of course content and materials; incorporate instructional design principals; guide the curriculum design and strategies for adapting concerting courses
? Responsible for the design of, and supports the development, production, and deploy of instructional materials and learning products, supports integration of content and materials for delivery platform; incorporates sound ISD principals to enjoy optimal pace, flow, and efficacy of learning transfer.
? This includes developing, reviewing, and editing instructional materials and learning products, supporting integration of content and materials for delivery platform; and incorporating sound ISD principals to enjoy optimal pace, flow, and efficacy of learning transfer.
? Uses provided SME content to develop programs and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Reviews, revises, edits, and develops training curricula, using various instructional methods and practice exercises to ensure effective learning. Contributes to assessments of the training needs of participants, adapt delivery to participant needs, and utilize evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and learner progress
