Independent Sales & Marketing Executive

All Seasons Textile (AST) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand AST's client portfolio. ? Sales Generation: Drive sales by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting AST?s offerings effectively. ? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. ? Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive strategies. ? Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote AST?s brand, products, and services to potential clients. ? Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of AST?s products, including fabric types, quality standards, and sourcing capabilities. ? Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. ? Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ? Proven experience in sales or marketing within the apparel industry. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Strong customer relationship management skills. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Familiarity with textile/fabric types and industry standards is a plus.
