What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Field customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
• Resolve customer issues calmly and effectively while de-escalating conflicts
• Escalate complex interactions when necessary
• Assist with processing payments and responding to requests for assistance
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• Proven oral and written communication skills
