Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will work with K-12 students with various disabilities, developing and implementing tailored educational plans to support their learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities: ? Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student?s needs. ? Provide virtual instruction and support to students with disabilities. ? Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience. ? Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed. ? Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of student performance. ? Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Valid Arizona teaching license in Special Education. ? Experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Proficiency in using technology for remote teaching and assessments.
