As a Flight Services Representative for Delta Airlines, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless travel experience. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have. Job Description

As a Flight Services Representative, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that include facilitating the check-in process, managing baggage claims, and addressing customer inquiries. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all operational procedures are followed, contributing to a streamlined and efficient travel experience for our passengers.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with the check-in process and boarding procedures.


• Provide information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and baggage policies.


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely departures and safe boarding.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in hospitality, travel, or a related field is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidates.
