What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?Review customer data and video using Envysion software to identify theft, loss, and operational issues
?Document findings clearly and concisely for customer presentation
?Collaborate with specialists to create client-specific reports on theft and loss
?Meet monthly case expectations as set by department leadership
?Assist with additional projects assigned by leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)
?High school diploma or equivalent
?Minimum of 1+ years of loss prevention experience in a restaurant/retail setting, cash handling experience in QSR or retail, or law enforcement
?Familiarity with Gmail and Google Docs or similar software
?Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
?Effective writing and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?Experience in banking or accounting
?Proven ability to work autonomously and in team settings
?Curiosity and drive for the professional field
?Proficient computer skills with a quick ability to learn new web applications
