What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Collaborate with clinical leaders to formulate care quality goals and identify desired outcomes
? Document current processes and existing order pathways, leveraging evidence-based literature
? Develop and maintain clinical content within the electronic medical record (EMR)
? Coordinate preparation of materials and documentation for multidisciplinary clinical councils
? Provide ongoing support and education for clinicians regarding Evidence-Based Medicine and EMR workflows

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's Degree
? Minimum of 7 years of progressive nursing experience in hospitals or post-acute services
? At least 2 years of experience providing support in an electronic medical record system
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems (Cerner or Epic)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in facilitating healthcare improvement committees
? Subject matter expertise in designing and implementing features in electronic medical records
? Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Certification)
? Demonstrated ability to lead and implement new models of care
? Strong understanding of nursing practice and clinical workflow
