Key Responsibilities
? Plan and execute creative, educational experiences based on our curriculum standards.
? Ensure a safe and caring environment for children and families.
? Actively supervise and engage children in activities.
? Maintain regular communication with children, parents, and colleagues to meet the needs of each child.

Additional Opportunities

We are currently hiring for afternoon/evening positions with flexible scheduling. Floaters may be assigned to various classrooms daily, providing support and following lesson plans while adapting to daily needs.

Qualifications
? Experience working with children preferred but not required.
? Knowledge of early childhood education and curriculum planning preferred.
? Ability to interact positively with parents, caretakers, and guardians.
? Flexibility to work varying shifts based on enrollment needs.
? High School Diploma/GED required (Preferred: CDA, Associates, or Bachelor's degree).
? Clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
