Responsibilities
? Review and interpret 401k statements to extract relevant data

? Enter and maintain data in a new database with high precision

? Leverage Google docs for data entry and record management

? Communicate effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms
,
? Handle 7-10 documents on a daily basis ensuring a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms
,
? Provide assistance with reporting needs as required
,
? Navigate complex documents comfortably and efficiently
,
? Work flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time
,
? Utilize a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management

Requirements
? Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
,
? Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration
,
? Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy
,
? Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents
,
? Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
,
? Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
,
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
,
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
