What is Required (Qualifications):
• 12+ years of professional experience in software development and database infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services
• Proficiency in HA database architecture and tools
• Ability to configure and resolve issues related to SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with micro-services-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs
• Ability to design, perform experiments, and influence engineering direction
• Proficient in DevOps concepts, cloud architecture, GitHub, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework
• Experience with security protocols and products such as Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth
• In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms
