Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls


• Assist customers with reservations and travel inquiries


• Manage changes and cancellations


• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies


• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally


• Update customer information and maintain records


• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required
