Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

Duties
? Accurately transcribe and input data into various computer systems and databases.
? Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all orders are processed correctly and promptly.
? Maintain organized records of data entries and updates for easy retrieval.
? Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
? Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and document management.
? Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Basic math skills to perform calculations as necessary during data entry tasks.
? Experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred but not required.
? Ability to type accurately at a high speed while maintaining attention to detail.
? Familiarity with computerized systems for data management is a plus.
