What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns for strategic planning
• Design and develop reports using SQL and visualization tools
• Create value from data assets as part of the Enterprise Modernization Project
• Provide ongoing reports and insights to support DMV operations and decision-making
• Participate in data governance and the development of tools for data transformation

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Background investigation clearance required prior to hire
• Experience in data analysis and the ability to work with complex data projects
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with data governance and ETL processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with modern data technologies in Data Warehouses or Data Lakes, such as Snowflake
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and executive briefings
