Job Duties
? Typing and data entry
? Upselling products and services
? Setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
? Maintaining knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions

Required Skills
? Minimum one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
? Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
? Strong people skills and active listening abilities
? Exceptional attendance and punctuality
? Sales experience preferred
? High School diploma or GED
? Basic computer literacy
? Experience in an outbound environment
