Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
