Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities: ? Develop comprehensive presentations and product materials to effectively communicate with customers and target audiences, ? Identify customer needs and offer products that pertain to preferences and personal requirements, incorporating opportunities for upselling when appropriate to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our clients ? Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with existing and prospective customers. ? Participate in training sessions alongside fellow entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representatives and senior management to gain deeper insights and understanding of products, services, and local offerings.
Customer Service and Sales Representative Requirements: ? Exceptional interpersonal skills ? Ambitious and driven mindset ? Actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skill set ? Problem-solving abilities and ability to adapt ? Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications: ? A High School Diploma or equivalent is required ? 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Call Centers, or a related field or environment is an asset to this role. ? Ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial, but not required.
