We are an established Airbnb rental company seeking an experienced developer to create a robust, AI-driven chatbot. The chatbot will need to be integrated with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger and should be capable of answering customer questions autonomously. The ideal chatbot should also replicate the conversational quality and accuracy of ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a chatbot for WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger that integrates seamlessly with our Airbnb rental company.

Train the chatbot to handle customer inquiries effectively, covering everything from booking queries to property details.

Ensure the chatbot can handle varied conversations with the same depth and responsiveness as ChatGPT.

Provide documentation and training so our team can continue refining and updating the chatbot?s knowledge base.

Requirements:

Proven experience in chatbot development, especially with WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger integrations.

Familiarity with AI and natural language processing technologies, particularly models similar to ChatGPT.

Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for chatbot development (Python, Node.js, etc.).

Ability to deliver a user-friendly, scalable solution within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry.

Experience with AI model fine-tuning and ongoing training
