The Opportunity:

Whether remotely or in office, the Chat Support Specialist is responsible for answering inquiries, solving problems, and delivering a top-notch customer experience via our chat platform. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Job Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via chat: provide product information, address service-related issues, and handle general queries. ? Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure seamless customer service is provided. ? Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary. ?
