- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and provide thoughtful and effective solutions, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Knowledge Base Utilization:** Refer to internal knowledge bases and documentation to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- **Process Improvement:** Actively participate in team meetings to suggest improvements in chat support processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping:** Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system, ensuring all notes are clear, concise, and adhere to company policies.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive communication and high-quality service delivery.
- **Feedback Utilization:** Actively seek and incorporate feedback to enhance personal performance and the overall customer experience.
- **Time Management:** Manage chat workloads efficiently to meet service level agreements and respond to customer queries within designated timeframes. ? *Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on chat support preferred.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using computer-based communication tools and familiarity with customer support software. Ability to quickly learn new systems.
