• 6 months to 1 year of high-volume inbound call center experience (non-script based preferred)
• Customer service experience involving problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to analyze problems and recommend efficient solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment
• Certification in financial counseling or related field
• Proficiency in additional languages to assist diverse members
