What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Audit automotive files to assess the validity of goodwill claims
? Verify documentation and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
? Interact with agents, dealerships, and clients to correct and complete files
? Handle help desk calls from contact center agents regarding financial opportunities for customers
? Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent
? One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or similar)
? Ability to work shifts within Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time
? Strong computer navigation and typing skills
? Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? College degree
? Experience with case escalation, leadership, and mentoring
