Job Description:

We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our At Home Advisor Team. This is a unique opportunity to work from home (or anywhere you want) and support Apple?s customers via phone, chat, and email. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance with Apple products.

Responsibilities:

? Provide technical support and customer service for Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, Macs, etc.

? Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

? Document details of all calls and customer interactions

? Manage the escalation process for unresolved customer issues

? Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong problem-solving abilities

? Knowledgeable about Apple products

? High-speed internet connection

? Available to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays

? High School Diploma or equivalent
