Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment ? Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute ? Fluency in written and spoken English ? Previous customer service experience is an added advantage ? Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection ? Availability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
