Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel) ? Weekend on Call Rotation ? Sending Shift Confirmations ? Managing trackers & spreadsheets ? Tracking nurses & HHA visits with patient satisfaction calls ? Use various technology platforms for tracking, time management, and pulling of reports. ?
