Educate patients on customized compound medication processes and payment options

Experience in customer service or transactional sales
Ability to proactively reach out to customers and handle inquiries
Proven track record of meeting performance metrics, including customer satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Proficient in navigating multiple web-based platforms, including Google Suite and Salesforce

Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is not required but can be beneficial
