What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical prior authorizations
? Utilize computer skills for accurate data entry and documentation
? Gather and review patient billing and medical information for authorizations
? Analyze complex problems and provide expert solutions to ensure patient coverage
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of previous medical benefits experience
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Ability to multi-task and effectively use dual monitors
? Positive work attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
? Experience in a medical call center is a plus but not required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a medical call center environment
? Familiarity with healthcare regulations and procedures
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
? Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
