Responsibilities As a Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: Handle and Carefully Respond to Customer Inquiries : Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Provide Excellent Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service through active listening, and work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively. Aim to Resolve Issues on the First Call : Be proactive in resolving issues on the first call, and calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. Escalate Interactions When Necessary : Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide Feedback on Call Issues : Provide feedback on call issues, and upsell if required. Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Ability to Work Remotely in a Virtual Team Environment : Be comfortable working in a virtual team environment, and have the necessary skills and equipment to do so. 6 Months Customer Service Experience Preferred : Have at least 6 months of customer service experience, or be willing to learn and develop your skills. Over 18 Years of Age : Be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to Type 25 Wpm : Have the ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills : Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to navigate Windows operating systems. Logical Problem-Solving Skills : Have logical problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you'll need: Internet Connection Requirements : Have a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps, and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms : Ensure that your internet service provider (ISP) has no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed Required : Provide proof of your internet speed, and have a clean and quiet workspace.
