Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: Providing enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our patients. Communicating pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where PACE participants reside, fostering strong relationships and ensuring our patients receive the care they need. Coordinating facility discharges to assure medication reconciliation is complete and delivery to home is back in place, guaranteeing our patients receive their medications safely and efficiently. Providing help desk support to network pharmacies, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Educating PACE staff regarding CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants, empowering them to provide exceptional care and support. Making outgoing calls to gather/confirm information necessary to process customer requests or otherwise contribute to pharmacy operations, ensuring our patients receive the care they need. Coordinating and setting up couriers to ensure timely medication delivery, guaranteeing our patients receive their medications on time. Making outgoing calls to ensure the participants have received their delivery, providing peace of mind for our patients and their families. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, where you've demonstrated your ability to provide exceptional patient care and support. Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following skills and qualities will make you an ideal candidate for this role: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, ensuring our patients receive the care they need. Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong computer proficiency to navigate proprietary and other software, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively. A strong patient-centered focus, prioritizing the needs and well-being of our patients above all else. Excellent communication skills, especially via phone, ensuring our patients receive clear and concise information about their care and support. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, fostering strong relationships with our patients, their families, and our network pharmacies. Understanding of clinical terms and impacts, allowing you to provide informed and empathetic support to our patients. Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality, ensuring our patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner. Detail oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable and efficient, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
