About the Role As a Chat Assassin, you will work with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline, responding to active leads, and closing sales. Your day-to-day will consist of: * 2 hours of starting new conversations * 2 hours of follow-ups * 2 hours of organic account growth * 1hr 30min of replying to active leads and closing sales * 30min of management and daily communication tasks Key Responsibilities * Start authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms * Sell coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms * Manage your own sales pipeline and respond to active leads * Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets * Collaborate with the client success team to drive business growth and revenue * Participate in daily communication tasks and management activities Essential Qualifications * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales/customer service roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily Preferred Qualifications * Experience working from home * Previous experience in sales and customer service roles * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems Career Growth Opportunities arenaflex offers a range of career growth opportunities, including: * Team Leader * Lead Trainer * Sales Coach * Assistant Coach * Project Manager * Recruitment Officer * Directing Manager * Vice President Our career paths are designed to help you achieve your full potential and provide a stable income in $USD that allows you to provide for your family and work from home.
