Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work remotely 100% from the comfort of their own home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to retired members and their family members, discussing retiree benefits and addressing their inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses Addressing basic questions or issues, and keeping accurate records of all conversations Meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, and performing tasks associated with call handling Basic plan and participant file research and updates Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting taking inbound calls Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers Quality and accuracy of tasks Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role: Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
