Work Outline As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Processing patient and medication data using our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and Walgreens' data entry procedures. Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing solution data. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages. Resolving external exceptions by gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as needed. Collaborating with pharmacists and other team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction. Meeting productivity and quality standards, including handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Basic computer skills, including typing, using a mouse, and navigating software applications. Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms. Typing skills of at least 25 WPM, with the ability to type by memory and organize records. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with: At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction. Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing by memory and organizing records. Familiarity with Spanish and English.
