Register sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience. Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, taking inventory and maintaining records as required. Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss, ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise, completing resets and revisions as directed. Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy shopping environment. Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products. Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitoring orders in Picture Care Plus, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance. Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers. Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned by management. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential and preferred qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications: Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. Prefer prior work experience with blithequark. Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
